At Digi Fabric, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing services. We understand that adjustments and corrections are sometimes necessary to meet your expectations and project goals. This Corrections Policy outlines the rules and processes we follow regarding revisions and error corrections.
1. Scope of Corrections
Corrections may apply to the following services:
- Social Media Content (SMM)
- SEO deliverables
- Website designs or pages
- Paid advertising assets (Targeting)
- Reels and short-form videos
- Branding elements (logos, identity kits, etc.)
- Lead generation materials (landing pages, forms)
2. Included Corrections
Each service package includes a limited number of free correction rounds, depending on the scope defined in the client contract or proposal. Typically:
- 1–2 rounds of minor corrections are included (e.g., grammar edits, text alignment, color fixes).
- Major changes that differ from the original brief may be considered new tasks, not corrections.
3. What Is Considered a “Correction”?
Corrections are defined as:
- Fixing typos, spelling, or grammar mistakes
- Adjusting design elements to better match brand guidelines
- Revising copy to reflect previously agreed-upon messaging
- Fixing technical bugs in web or landing pages
4. What Is NOT Considered a Correction
The following are not considered corrections and may require a new scope or quote:
- Changing goals or strategy mid-project
- New design directions not discussed in the brief
- Adding new sections or platforms (e.g., adding TikTok content to an Instagram-only package)
- Entire rewrites or redesigns after approval
5. Correction Deadlines
We commit to reviewing and implementing corrections within 2–5 business days based on task complexity. Clients are expected to:
- Submit corrections within 3 days of delivery for the service to remain active.
- Group correction requests in one document or message to avoid delay.
6. Responsibility for Delays
Delays caused by unstructured, late, or repeated feedback outside the scope of correction rounds may result in:
- Extended deadlines
- Additional charges
- Project pause until clarification is received
7. Final Approval
Once the final version of any deliverable is approved by the client, no further free corrections will be made unless a technical issue or internal mistake is identified.
